Parker cleaned the carb but in the end I ordered a new carb and fuel filter. Parker did a great job and will come back to install the new parts. It is a 20 year old tractor so this isn’t surprising. Highly recommend Parker.

These guys are the best.. had a dead John Deere l111 that quit running. They had great communication and came out on time. Two very knowledgeable people were here a short time and had it up and running in no time. Very reasonable..super company. Recommend on the best level

We really appreciated the service they provided by coming to our home to diagnose and repair an Exmark walk behind that only stayed running for a few seconds. Because it would not move, we were in a dilemma and needed to get it fixed. They quickly diagnosed the problem and determined it was the carburetor, asked if we wanted to proceed, ordered it, and set a time to return the following week. As promised, they returned, replaced the carburetor, and had our mower running within minutes. The service fees are reasonable for the quality of service provided and we felt their assessment was honest and professional. If we ever need this type of service again, we would hire again without hesitation.
