My computer had a Trojan and malware viruses. It took alittle longer than expected but it was worth the time and money. He definitely knows what he's talking about and fixes it the right way. I would recommend him to anyone who thinks their computer is a lost cause. Thanks again for your help. Also the service was very friendly.

We have a combined total of almost 50 years in this field. One of us is both A+ and Net+ certified, One of us Has a Computer Science degree, and One of us has 3 soldering certs and 10 years worth training in micro-soldering and board level repair.

Have I changed anything with this device recently? How much time do I have to get the device repair completed in? Have I had any other issues with the device lately? If your device is a computer; What Operating system does it have? If your device is a phone; Who is the carrier and do I have insurance that covers the repair? Does it have a serial number and model number clearly listed or do I have to find it?
