- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined total of almost 50 years in this field. One of us is both A+ and Net+ certified, One of us Has a Computer Science degree, and One of us has 3 soldering certs and 10 years worth training in micro-soldering and board level repair.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Have I changed anything with this device recently? How much time do I have to get the device repair completed in? Have I had any other issues with the device lately? If your device is a computer; What Operating system does it have? If your device is a phone; Who is the carrier and do I have insurance that covers the repair? Does it have a serial number and model number clearly listed or do I have to find it?
