FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since the days of Windows 95 and the Packard Bell, computers have been a huge part of my life. I was surfing the old-school internet before I could speak aloud, but now I can do both equally well! Growing up in the breakthrough of the new millennium, computers were essential to my life. My fascination and natural ability to troubleshoot problems and innovate both computers themselves and as tools has always shown since an early age. After becoming tired of minimum wage jobs I pursued hands-on experience doing what I considered a hobby for pay, and now run XpressTech Inc. as my dream company doing what I do best.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
All customers should research the background, testimonials, and certifications of any computer services provider. We pride ourselves on maintaining employees who exceed industry standard specifications and certifications and promote customer education to insure satisfaction. We maintain a number of partnerships both for supplies and certifications with Microsoft, DELL, Apple, and CompTIA to backup our outstanding service. Most, if not all over providers in the area seem to lack these credentials, which are an absolute necessity with the complexity and variation in today's technology industry.
