- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-rate, project-based pricing based on the scope of your space and goals — not hourly billing. Most projects begin at $2,500 and increase based on the number of areas, level of support needed, and overall transformation. We specialize in full, functional resets — not quick tidy-ups — so you get a space that stays organized long after we leave. Containers, haul-away, and donation coordination are not included in base pricing and are customized to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand how your space is currently functioning (or not), your routines, and what you want it to feel like. From there, we create a clear plan and handle everything — sorting, organizing, system design, and setup. You’ll make final decisions on what stays or goes, and we guide you through that process without overwhelm. Our goal is to leave you with a space that works for your real life — not something that falls apart in a week.
