STAY AWAY!!! Did poor job for us. Painted over grease stains on the walls and the tile job he did was embarrassing. No attempts on his part to rectify the problem. We had to have the floor redone since the grout work was shotty and not sealed. Overcharged us several hundred dollars from what he initially quoted. We didn't expect perfection since it is a rental property. I quote him, "You can only polish a turd so much." Stay away unless you want shotty work that needs redone! It put us behind in finding a new renter which equals more money LOST!

I am sorry that this customer feels this way, I strive to have positive customer experiences. At the final walkthrough, this customer was very satisfied. The only notice received that there was an issue was for kitchen flooring - my response was immediate with the offer to come repair, however the customer had replaced prior to contacting me so there was no chance for me to resolve. I stand behind my work and would have made good on anything brought to my attention. Rate was as quoted - hourly rate didn't change. Also misquoted - the quote mentioned in the review was never said.
