Josh is great! He helped us with a number of projects including structural work, mold remediation, and downspout issues. He was quick to respond, always showed up when he was supposed to, and even sent me photos of the work in progress. Highly recommend.

Has a science and healthcare background and explained to me in lay person language how chlorine dioxide is an EPA ranked sterilant that is necessary to kill the spores hiding in all nooks and crannies that cause mold to come back again. Other companies use disinfectants which, while killing mold cells, are unable to kill spores.
