I had such a great experience with the balloon dude! Fair prices in my opinion and I would not hesitate to work with them again. I was very stressed about the timing at my venue (only had an hour to set up) and I wasnt sure if they would be able to get it set up in this time frame. They put me at ease that it would be okay and it was! They let me drop off my backdrop stands the night before which I think saved time as well. I had more stressful vendors that day and I can 1000% say the balloon dude was the least stressful vendor I worked with that day and I would hire them again! Professional and beautiful job. *balloons in baby letter boxes were by me not the balloon dude, the balloon dude only did the backdrop balloons*

Balloon Dude did and excellent job and was great to work with. The only complaint I have was days before the event it was a little hard to get in contact with them. I was a little worried about them showing up because I didn’t get a confirmation email and when I called there seem to be a misunderstanding about the cost of the reveal and Robin who I had spoken with earlier was able to respond and return my calls and messages. However, everything turned out beautiful, and it turned out great.

We had a very large order for 13 of our Cleveland stores in honor of football season starting - working with Balloon Dude was so easy, efficient, & if there was a deflated balloon, they filled it so our balloons looked fresh for the week. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every clients event has many variables. Please view our website for base pricing. We do offer specials, discounts, and other promotions regularly. When you book full event decorating : backdrop, centerpieces, room decor, you will receive a discount :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know a little about each event: Location, Theme, Occasion, and what you are looking for. Services can vary from full event decorating to a photo backdrop, centerpieces, or decor. Once we have the details, we can send you a quote to order or pick up in store if available for your items.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jim our " Balloon Dude" Has been installing decor and in event facility management for 20+ years, he has worked for many large corporations in NE Ohio. His expertise is amazing on our large installs and in properly securing while building our balloon art. Robyn, our Creative Director comes from a lifetime of crafting, event planning for 20+ years, and education in undergraduate multimedia sculpture. Robyn also uses her professional experience and advanced education to maximize digital integrations.
