- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a 10% discount to non-profits. Our pricing is based on retainer and projects. Longer term consulting retainers tend to be a better value for clients since the recommendations can be done with help from our experienced consultants. We provide SEO audits, PPC audits, and social media reviews at a reasonable fee outside of a retainer agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free analysis and consultation. A free 30 minute phone call starts the conversation. From there, we typically review reports and business data to get a better idea of a client's marketing performance. Once we have a ballpark idea of the client's budget and their business goals, we can design a proposal for sign-off. Once the client agrees to the proposal, we typically start work at the beginning of the following month.
