Kenneth is a great trainer! I am very impressed with the way he balances pushing you past your limits both physically and mentally all while being conscious of your personal needs and goals. He makes working hard fun! I am pleased with my progress and could not have asked for a better trainer.

Ken's Total Fitness LLC is a wonderful personal training business. The owner helped me reach my goal of gaining 20lbs of mass. He created a workout program that was beneficial to me and only me! His Master's degree in exercise physiology/adult fitness lets you know this man knows what he is talking about.

I've known Ken Kitchen for years and he is an excellent trainer. He not only helps clients with their workout schedules; he also assists them and guides them to make better nutritional choices. With Ken's assistance, I've lost 9 pounds and counting!!!!

I came to Ken's Total Fitness and was not disappointed. I have lost weight and toned up tremendously and he showed me a range of exercises that vastly helped. Every workout kicked my butt, kept me on my toes and did different exercise every time, session with him never gets boring. More importantly, I was able to take the lessons I learned from Ken and carry them into my own training. At about $55/session, if you are serious, the money will be well spent.
