Pricing is based on a flat fee service. Two platforms are available. Full service (Leasing, rent collection and maintenance oversight). Customized service (Separate leasing, separate rent collection or separate maintenance oversight. A price list is available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers have to be qualified through background check and employment. All new customers (rental residents), will be approved by the owner of the real estate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, the Property Manager, have a business degree from Cleveland State University, am a Realtor and am a Certified Property Manager (CPM). I own Real Estate Management Resources, LLC and been managing residential Real Estate for 25 years.
