D.C. was an excellent choice for my home project. I needed him to visit a property I own, gain access, buy a new lock box, and write up a detailed inspection report with several pictures. His work exceeded my expectations, as he put together a 20 page report that was extremely detailed with excellent notes and photos. He did the work as if it was his own property and was timely, professional, and very communicative. Anytime I had a question or needed more info, he was quick to respond and offer a professional opinion. D.C. takes pride in his work and is an excellent choice for any job. I'll definitely re-hire.

A friend referred D.C. when I recently moved. He has installed new gas lines for appliances, new lock sets, a few light fixtures, corrected plumbing issues and hung our tv on the wall. We feel the advantage was having one guy who corrected so many pesky problems instead of hiring a plumber, electrician and carpenter at a much higher price. In the end, the work was the same quality and we saved a ton of money.

Had DC out to do a simple gutter cleaning, not only did he clean the gutters, he tacked in all loose gutter nails and then helped me finish raking my leaves! Polite and efficient, I have already lined up some other work for him in the spring. Could not have been happier. Roy
