- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start at $50 per hour. Parts are extra however is ordering parts through us, a discount is placed on the labor. Parts are due up front with labor paid after. Payment plans are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with the customer and explain every step and make sure they are aware of what will happen and any possible issues we forsee. This also give the customer and opportunity to ask questions and give us valuable information on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated in 2014 with certification in Computer Networking Technology. 6+ Years of experience in the field.
