I hired Luke to do some work on a home to get it ready to be sold. He was very good at communicating. I gave him a list of things to be done and asked for an estimate. The estimate came back very detailed, from pricing materials to labor. He finished the work early and resolved every item on my list. His pricing was more than fair.
