We hired ARC to deal with a squirrel problem in our attic. The same day that we had Jonathan come out to evaluate our problem he set out traps to catch the squirrels. He remained in contact daily to monitor the traps. His repair of the soffit holes from the squirrel damage was done with high quality. We would recommend ARC to others based on our experience.

ARC came to my house within 20 minutes of me calling them and did a fantastic job nabbing a mom raccoon and her 4 babies. Took them 10 minutes to do that. They were very responsive and very professional. I truly appreciate them. I needed someone to come out quickly, not get scheduled for a week down the road and ARC understood that! Truly exceptional work.

I woke up one night to the sound of a critter scratching around in my attic. I reached out to Jon at ARC via Thumbtack. He promptly arrived at my house and quickly determined that a racoon had chewed thru a soffit vent screen and was starting to build a nest in my attic to have a cozy place to have her babies. Jon figured out a way to get the racoon to leave the attic without having to kill her and prior to her delivery. He then re-enforced the soffit vents with higher gauge screening. He also patched a hole in the siding that the racoon created near in my cedar siding near the nest. After he patched the hole he painted the siding patch. It was a multi-day process - spring is apparently a very busy time for animals building nests but Jon is very good at juggling his schedule - he always showed up on the days he said he would. Jon is extremely good at what he does. He explained everything he needed to do at the start of the engagement to me and my wife, and he patiently answered all our questions. Jon is a true professional and I would highly recommend him.

Jonathan was really friendly. He did a great job removing a birds nest from our vent, replacing the pipe and covering all our vents to prevent future nests. If we ever need help like this again, he’s the person I will call.
