What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
unless giving a set price on certain jobs most jobs are looked at $150 for first 1-60 minutes and $85 for each additional hour this is for 1 or 2 men in most cases
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and company letting know we are fully insured and bonded. I explain about differnt ways to save extra money when booking new jobs in future. Most important I assure them that I will provide them with the best performance possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to D. Russell Lee Vocational School for Carpentry and I also have been taught by many Professional Jack of All Trade Men in Electric,Plumbing, Roofing, Siding, Painting, Landscaping, Masonry and much more.
