At GYC Restoration & Renovation, we ensure transparency and accuracy in our pricing. We obtain precise material costs directly from suppliers using project-specific measurements, and combine these with other expenses to generate our bids. Our commitment to fair pricing is the foundation upon which GYC was built.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At GYC, we prioritize a friendly and respectful experience, treating your home with the utmost care. We understand the importance of trust when it comes to your most significant investment, which is why we're committed to exceptional customer service. The process varies depending on the contract type. For retail customers, it typically involves an initial inspection and estimate, followed by a consultation with a GYC professional. Once contracted, customers will make a deposit, sign a contract, and select material colors. For insurance claim customers, we offer assistance with inspections, estimates, damage reports, and navigating the claim process, including support for attorneys or public adjusters. While these customers also proceed with a contract, deposit, and color selection, the timeline may be slightly longer due to insurance processing.

GYC is committed to providing an exceptional client experience through cutting-edge software and technical resources. We're licensed in Xactimate, the leading insurance claims estimating system, and our installers regularly attend training courses on both new and existing products.
