Steve took an antique hanging lantern and fabricated, welded and wired it for me into a flush-mount light for my century home. He took something with potential and made it come to life. He was upfront about his costs & pricing, met with me in person to talk through materials and design, sent me pictures throughout the process and delivered the final piece earlier than I expected. It was a pleasure working with him.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $100 minimum as welding requires a lot of upfront costs in gas, filler material and other equipment. I quote jobs based on my expectation for time and material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am AWS certified in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (tig) for steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I really like working with metal and having the ability to build anything I can imagine.
