Matt and team were fantastic. They started on time, finished early, and always kept me up to date on progress. Matt was extremely professional and always kept a great line of communication open throughout the basement remodel. When something didn't go exactly as planned (which always happens during remodels), he did a great job troubleshooting and offering solutions. Adding another 5 star review for him to the list and we hope to have his team do additional work in the future which is the highest recommendation I can give.

We could not be happier with the roof that Matthew built over our deck. It looks like it has always been a part of the house. Matthew arrived on time, finished within time frame promised. Matt did a porch update for us to swap out some undersized columns and inspect and beef up the floor of the porch. The goal of the project was to replace the columns with solid 6x6, add 6x6 support to the bottom of the porch with concrete footers, and inspect attachment to the house. He raised the soffit on the front (let’s more light in) and trimmed it all inside and out. Ran a new gutter downspout to match the profile on the column. 3 2x4’s now support our porch swing overhead. I have no doubts about the structural integrity of the porch and swing, and now looks a 1000 times better. The project was a success. Matt listened to our needs and let us know when things came up. He was good to work with and I would request his services again down the road.

Matthew Murphy was communicative about when & what time he would be at our work site. He answered all questions my husband & I had professionally & respectfully. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I can I charge everything by a sq ft, linear foot, or per fixture, so when adding or subtracting from a job both you and I know what the price and difference will be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually would like to go and have a face to face meeting with a costomer discussing the project and figuring out all the details, getting to know the individual I’m working with, and allowing them to get to know me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed in this trade for over five years.
