- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have upfront pricing on our service work, we send a technician to your home for $89 and he will diagnose the problem and give you an upfront cost to make all repairs. If you choose to repair the system we will waive the $89 diagnostic fee. As far as replacing or adding new equipment, we send a comfort advisor to your home for a free evaluation and he will present pricing options to you and anyone else you may want present to ask questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the appointment has been scheduled we send a qualified technician to complete the work. We accept all forms of payment and offer financing on replacement projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are NATE certified which is an independent organization that certifies installation and service technicians.
