Introduction: I grew up in Zanesville, OH. My first job was at a lumber yard, helping local contractors. I think it was then that I was destined to be one myself. After graduating from The Ohio State University and spending a few years in corporate America, I decided that the office life was not for me. I have over 15 years of professional experience in the home improvement industry. I became an independent contractor to better serve my clients in these challenging times in the industry. Sowers Contracting is dedicated to customer service, communication, fast reliable service at a fair price. I work with homeowners to choose the best products, design and value for their home. I am married with 3 beautiful children. I love all things outdoors.

Needed a small section of siding repaired due to wind damage. Daren did a thorough inspection and assured us that no other repairs were required. The repair and some additional clean up work were done quickly and professionally. Would definitely consider him for further work in the future.

Thought we needed a new roof. Called numerous roofers, and contacted Daren. He came right on time, went up on the roof and informed us we didn't need a new roof, just some shingle repair! Honesty is sometimes hard to come by, but he's the best! Fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Will use him again!

Daren went above and beyond with some roofing work: cleaned the gutters and added hanger as needed, flashed chimney. He is respectful, responsible. He charges a reasonable price, on budget and on time I would say. I will definitely call again Daren for future possible projects. I strongly recommend him for any roof work related. Thank you!
