Brian was tremendously helpful! I utilized a property management for my rental property and they rented out my house to a bad tenant that trashed my house.
Brian did the research and showed me that the tenant they approved should have never been rented to in the first place. This allowed me to recoup some my losses and actually prove my case. Brian was tremendously helpful and created a ton of value for me with his service.
