FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when meeting a new customer for recurring projects is to perform a walk through to ensure the most accurate quote possible. I will ask my customers if they would like an evaluation clean performed at a standard $20 an hour. Keep in mind it is an evaluation clean so the $20 an hour might stay the same or increase, but that is the minimum price to perform our services. The reason for this evaluation clean is not only to see exactly how long it will take for an accurate quote, but also to see if we meet your standards. I like to test the waters when building a new relationship in business, rather than just jumping all in and agreeing on a recurring job. (This does not apply to one time jobs, just recurring projects) After the evaluation clean, we will sit and talk about how we would like to perform the services on a recurring basis. If we come to an agreement, choose to work with each other further, then we can get you on the schedule and work out all the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have aquired in the cleaning sector has just been a life time of being a clean person in my every day life. The other services I offer, I have had a lot of experience throughout the last 7 years I have been in the field. I have a Criminal Justice degree that helps me with the technology side of my company, which also shows my commitment and self discipline to get through a committed promise, not only to myself but to others.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in the furniture relocation business for 5 years and I seen a huge demand for these services. I built relationships up with the people I moved and can continue them by doing future projects for them. I absolutely adore people and it was a way to build many new relationships, with some really great people I have met along the way(family). That was so rewarding, that I had to get this going on my own. I was in and out with it for a while an taking that next step in getting my LLC was because I simply LOVE what I do! I was always told if you don't feel like its work than you have made it, this line of work completed me.
