I make sure to communicate details (verbally and written) clearly with my clients. Attention to detail is very important. I want the clients to know that their job is the most important job on my list. Customer satisfaction is my main priority. I enjoy meeting new people. I love to see a happy face when the job is done. It gives me a great sense of accomplishment knowing I was able to help solve the customer's situation. Call me old fashioned, but I am not really big on social media when communicating with clients. I do not have a website or facebook page. I prefer interacting with clients face to face or in a phone call. It gives them a sense of security that we are on the same page. Mike painted pretty much our entire house before and as we were moving in to it. He worked around other service providers and was always pleasant. He also was very open to the addition of items on the project list. Thank you!

Mike was very professional and arrived on time. He did an amazing job painting our living room and bathrooms. He also did a great job repairing some water damage we had on the ceiling and walls. He was very efficient and easy to work with. He even offered to help fix our two bathroom doors that were not fitting correctly in the door frame and kept sticking. I was amazed how clean everything was once he left! My husband and I have worked with several contractors and handymen in the past and I can honestly say I have never worked with someone as good as Mike. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends that live in the area and hire him for future jobs. I’m so happy we have found a good handyman we can trust.

Repair bathroom walls and ceiling drywall and painting both walls and ceiling. Mike agreed to complete additional projects in the bathroom and was efficient with his time and materials. His work was neat and complete. He was professional and I look forward to hiring him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $25.00 per hour plus the cost of materials (cash or personal check). If the customer wants to purchase the supplies on their own I will work with them to purchase the correct materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer my number one priority is to gain their respect. Understanding their needs and pay close attention to the details. I work at the customers convenience and offer suggestions to improve the job and or save the customer money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business for five years. I gained my experience through years of DIY and working for my brother and step-son. Both having remodeling businesses of their own.
