This was our first time using Thumbtack and it won't be our last thanks to Rush Outdoor. Brian showed up when he said,
maintained contact and updated us on what he had and was going to do, answered all questions that my mighty mowing wife had to ask. We liked dealing with them that when Brian dropped off our JD he left with our back up and trim mower to get them up to speed as well. Thanks again Rush Outdoor.

This guy is amazing. I had a mower everyone I talked to gave up on and he fixed it. Then even after all of that he came out because of a second tiny issue and he fixed that too!

I’m a customer for life at this point!

It’s hard to find people like this so if you ever have a chance to use his skill set please do he’s awesome!

I originally tried fixing my mower myself using YouTube videos.. I messed it up even worse... I messaged Rush and he picked up my mower within a couple of hours, had it fixed quick, and dropped it off before the day was over! Super happy with how quick he had my mower back up and running, definitely use him for any future mower problems, and will refer without hesitation to friends and family.
