FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes, every 2 years I need to take continuing education credits, so it's actually fun to learn about new sports, nutrition, injury prevention, etc..It just helps me to be able to address a larger demographic of people that need my help. I also keep up on my CPR every 2 years as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help my clients to relearn how to eat properly, exercise safely, & reach any goal they may have; whether it's losing weight, running their first 5k, or changing their body composition to have more lean muscle, dense bones, and less body fat. The primary reason to hire a Personal Trainer is the accountability and emotional support, because most of us know how to eat well and exercise but we just don't do it on our own. Having proper form and knowing the correct way to breath is also necessary to achieving optimal results, very few people have hours a day to workout so we must make the most of an hour session.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would encourage you to research the going rate for hiring a Certified Personal Trainer, and compare my very fair pricing. Please call me at 440-259-2117 to discuss any questions you may have. I have over 21 years experience running races, working out and keeping my body healthy after 3 kids & I have 6 years experience in the Personal training field including certification in Nutrition, Stretching, Weight lifting, Running and How to complete your first Triathalon. My previous profession of Massage Therapist only adds to my ability to analyze a client's body and prevent injury, the Anatomy & Physiology necessary to receive your license in Massage Therapy is quite extensive.
