I cant recommend this plumbing company highly enough! From start to finish, their honesty and integrity stood out. In a world where its easy to feel taken advantage of with home repairs, it was incredibly refreshing to work with professionals who were not only transparent about what needed to be done, but also charged a fair price. They took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with the work before moving forward. No upselling, no pressurejust honest, skilled work done right. This plumbing co. provided us with an excellent service! All the staff members (Tyler, the owner, Shelly, administrator, and Zach, the plumber) involved were extremely kind and compassionate towards me, and they do a good job repairing! They were more concerned about our wellbeing and properly fixing the issue in our home than getting a paycheck- which is rare with plumbing companies!Zach, the plumber was very hardworking and did a very good job for HOURS fixing the issues. I've never seen a plumber so kind and polite in my life. And they only charged me for the parts and practically nothing for the service fees, considering the work that was done!After I contacted the owner Tyler about another unexpected leak the next day, they came back out that very same day, and what we thought would be a simple fix, turned out to be a bigger issue! Zach jumped straight in and took care of it that same evening, taking a couple of trips to the home improvement store, and not once did he complain. I was even more exhausted than him, just witnessing all that hard work he was doing. He had to cut thru a wall to do the repairing and he even did the drywalling which was skillfully done! For all that work on the second day, I thought I was going to be charged an elephant and a rhino! I wasn't billed for it!!!! Only for the parts, which was $145, just $20 more than the parts of the previous day!All the work they did in our home was worth thousands of dollars.... they charged me practically just thin air!! And I'm humbled by it!Sorry for the long post but I had to let you all know what this company did for me- because it's not everyday you see this kind of generosity and genuine care! They were God-sent, and I was blessed thru them! I also say all this to say, and getting to my second point, that.... I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you SO much Tyler, and the T&H plumbing services team!!!!
