- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for removal of animals is as follows: Raccoon, Opossum, Groundhog, and Feral cat = $100.00 first animal $75.00 each additional. The first expense covers the consultation. Skunks, Fox and Coyote = $200.00 for the first animal and $150.00 each additional. Extenuating circumstances such as attic or crawlspace work will be evaluated on a per case basis. Repairs and remediation will be evaluated on a per case basis and will include a quote for material and labor before the work is started. If I provide an on-site evaluation and you choose not to use me I do charge a $25.00 consultation and evaluation fee due to fuel prices and travel expenses. If hired this fee is included in the first animal removal fee. If I do not catch the animal(s) there is no fee. Animal disposal fees are included in the overall fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a conversation over the phone so I can have an understanding of the situation. I will then come to your location to provide an onsite consultation. Trapping will begin at that time if appropriate. You will check the traps daily if appropriate providing me with the status of catch or empty trap and bait status. This is the most efficient way of maximizing my travel time and ensuring the traps are always set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Terrierman and working judge since 1998 catching and trapping Raccoon, Opossum, Groundhog and Fox. Terrier owners would fly from all over the country and Europe to train their terriers with me.
