My process always starts with understanding the root cause of the issue. Most clients reach out thinking it’s a small fix, but there’s often an underlying problem causing it. I begin with a Home Rescue Assessment, where I inspect the area, take photos, and explain what’s really happening. From there, I provide a clear repair plan with upfront pricing and options. Once approved, we schedule the repair and complete it to professional, long-lasting standards — not just a surface patch.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in carpentry and structural repair, working on homes where “quick fixes” kept failing. Over time, I realized most home issues come from hidden causes — water, framing shifts, or improper past repairs. That’s what led me to start Home Rescue Plus — to specialize in diagnosing and repairing the real problems behind home damage so homeowners get lasting solutions, not repeat issues.
