Stay away from JUR, substandard exterior painting. Left job unfinished and a mess to cleanup.

We went above and beyond to satisfy Mr. Zimmerman. Made several attempts to contact him in order to finish the project. Contacted him just yesterday, trying to settle the matter. Added several other projects , that he would not pay for after completed. This is someone that we just could not please no matter what my crew done. Made it very uncomfortable for my crew. No one wanted to go back to work with him. We aim to please our clients by far. We are still very much open to getting this project completed. It's hard to work with someone who has absolutely no reasoning. Mr. Zimmerman if there's anything we can do to relieve payments for the work completed. please feel free to contact us as soon as possible. I would be happy to complete any work needed . Also so my crew can retrieve their tools . That you have kept. thanks Courtney

Pricing should be fair, not over the top. And not to low either. if its too low , you would need to question. quality of work .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we make contact with home owner or business owner . Setup a appointment when it's convenient for both parties . Come out for 15 minute estimate. Get a feel for their budget. And negotiate the project to where both parties are comfortable with moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of experience, My father actually taught me all the basics. Before he passed. and me and my brothers have been carrying his legacy every since.
