They contacted me for a timetable. I wanted to have a keypad installed but when he came out he was not able to install one since my door is steel and prefabricated. He was able to get my lock to lock...so all is good. He was prompt and had got the job done. Would recommend him.

Tony was here to replace the springs on our overhead garage door. He maintained communications before his arrival. He arrived on time and went about making the repairs efficiently. He lubricated the entire overhead door mechanism and took the time to demonstrate how to tell if the door was in balance and the springs were installed correctly. Based ypon his workmanship and professional manner, I would hire this man again.

Locksman arrived on time. Evaluated my garage door and told me exactly what I needed and how long he would be. He removed and installed both my springs and adjusted the tension as well as my door. Showed me everything he did and left all under an hour. My garage door works better than ever!! Best service and price in Columbus area.
