You can read all the reviews you want, but it's still a crap shoot when you hire someone. Until the work is done, you never know exactly what you'll get. R5 lived up to their word, got the work done quickly and overcame a challenge when the original idea wouldn't work. I also appreciated the fact that it was the Owner who came to give me an estimate and identified other issues that his team could and would fix.

Very friendly and professional. Project started right away and Quick response time. Bathroom and floors and doors came out great. A few snags with the shower door but listened to my concerns and came back out until things were set up right. Would definitely recommend and uses R5 again for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not provide pricing over the phone for projects. Will have to come evaluate the project before giving an estimate. Our prices are fair and below large company prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to get you scheduled for R5 to come out and give you a free estimate. Upon your approval of the project we will get you scheduled at your earliest convenience. Our technicians will complete the work and clean up work area and collect upon completion . We strive for a five star service and reviews to match.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have multiple certifications, nex-star certified, Schluter certified, have completed dozens of training seminars throughout the years have worked for a lot of big name companies, and decided to put my skills to work for myself!
