We are new to thumbtack our company is looking to provide new customers a unique and outstanding property maintenance experience .We have been providing excellent property maintenance services for over 8 years . We provide excellent Mowing , Mulching , Weed control , Bush trimming , Edging , Small tree removal, Deck and Fence painting / staining , Power Washing, Gutter cleaning and other property maintenance needs.

Franco came out to give us an estimate in a very timely manner. Was fair on his pricing and returned to do the work on the day and time as promised. We will use his company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Where do I begin, from the day of estimate to the end of project, they gave 5 star service from start to finish, Franco had great ideas and suggestions, works well with others that is a plus by itself, he did great work even down to the clean up, he will now be my permanent landscaper!

We had an excellent experience with Auspicious Lawn and Landscape. Franco came out to our house on a Saturday night to assess the project and within minutes had the quote. His pricing was extremely competitive. He was back to spray the weeds on Monday night and complete the job on Thursday. He and his crew did an amazing job getting rid of the weeks and laying the mulch. I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs.

Franco Giardina and his crew did an excellent job getting rid of a backyard full of overgrown weeds. It was a big job and they made the backyard look great. We are motivated to actually do yard work now. Also, Franco and the two young men that made up his crew were very respectful and whenever I looked out they were working. Franco also gave me advice on what to do to maintain what they did. I recommend Auspicious Lawn and Landscape.

Franco has been doing my landscaping for the past 4 years. Anything from mulching,weeding,mowing the grass and much more. Every year the work is beautiful. He personally makes sure everything is done correctly and comes out looking fantastic. He has always been extremely professional. He is always on time and finishes projects sometimes earlier than set date. I've had a more dedicated hard working company and would never use anyone but Auspicious Lawn and Landscaping. We recently had a deck built on to our house with fencing around the yard and had his company paint everything for us. It was flawless. He is very reasonable when it comes to estimates. I have recommended this company to several friends/family and they all use Auspicious Lawn and Landscaping. If your look for clean, beautiful professional work this is definitely the company your looking for.
