- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our services have the standard tax added to it that goes with their county.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all mowing customers, we do an online estimate and send over a quote via email or text once information is provided. Once estimate is accepted we get you scheduled for the first service and notify the customer how our scheduling works. For all cleanups and landscape jobs, we schedule an in person estimate to go through the details of the job so there’s no miscommunication and send an estimate over once the info is looked over. Once this is done the customer will be contacted of a good schedule date and start once approved.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in lawn care as the neighborhood kid who cut lawns, over time I decided to come back to what I knew best as a child and make it a full time business and add more services to be able to scale a company that actually strives for equality for all involved in its success
