FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for veterans and individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system. Each coaching package includes your session time as well as access to a private coaching workspace with resources, assignments, and personalized coaching reminders to support your growth between sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I begin with a 15min. Discovery Call Consultation designed to understand your goals, challenges, and what kind of support you’re looking for. This allows us both to see if we’re a good fit to work together. Next, we move into the Intake Process, where I gather more in-depth information about your background, current situation, and desired outcomes. This step helps me tailor a plan that’s personalized and effective for your unique needs. Once we’ve completed intake, we’ll set up a flexible schedule for ongoing sessions — you can choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings depending on your pace, goals, and availability. Each session is designed to provide consistent support, accountability, and measurable progress toward your desired results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Forensic Psychology, specializing in Courts and the Legal System. With over 10 years of experience as a Life Coach, I blend psychological insight with practical coaching strategies to help clients create balance, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.
