I am very pleased with Ted's service and how he installed the mitigation system. He explained the whole process to us thoroughly and answered all of us our questions. My only drawback about the experience was that his team had to disassemble our old dryer vent to install the pipe and he did not take that with him during clean up. Wish that he had.

Thank you for the kind words, Angie. I’m very glad you are happy with the mitigation system and the incredible results we obtained. When disassembling items in a home, it is not customary for us to take them with us unless it is specifically requested by the homeowner as those items are technically the property of the homeowner. I am in and around your area quite often and I would be more than happy to come by and take the removed dryer venting from your home a discard it properly. Just let me know a good time.

Ted was fantastic to work with. He came in to help me get my radon levels down after another company installed a system that wasnt achieving great results. He was very thorough with his diagnostics of our home to figure out the best plan of attack. He was very honest throughout the process and kept me informed of anything he was coming across. He ended up solving our issues and I would highly recommend anyone use CSI for any radon issues.

Glad it was a quick fix, Tyler, and we could save you a little expense.

We couldnt be happier with the job that Ted and his crew did. They not only installed a radon pump for us, but also helped us identify and fix some other issues with our basement that would cause issues later on. Very professional and very friendly guys, would recommend!
