I am very pleased with Ted's service and how he installed the mitigation system. He explained the whole process to us thoroughly and answered all of us our questions. My only drawback about the experience was that his team had to disassemble our old dryer vent to install the pipe and he did not take that with him during clean up. Wish that he had.

When disassembling items in a home, it is not customary for us to take them with us unless it is specifically requested by the homeowner as those items are technically the property of the homeowner. I am in and around your area quite often and I would be more than happy to come by and take the removed dryer venting from your home a discard it properly. Just let me know a good time.

Ted is super friendly and knowledgeable. Ted took the time to explain about radon and how the mitigation process works. His team came out on time and finished well within the time frame they allotted. The price was half of what I was quoted by another company. The post test done showed that the problem is rectified. Very satisfied with the job.
