I am very pleased with Ted's service and how he installed the mitigation system. He explained the whole process to us thoroughly and answered all of us our questions. My only drawback about the experience was that his team had to disassemble our old dryer vent to install the pipe and he did not take that with him during clean up. Wish that he had.

When disassembling items in a home, it is not customary for us to take them with us unless it is specifically requested by the homeowner as those items are technically the property of the homeowner. I am in and around your area quite often and I would be more than happy to come by and take the removed dryer venting from your home a discard it properly. Just let me know a good time.

Called to address our radon concerns and appointment was promptly made. Install was completed very quickly and concerns were addressed. Another company blew us off after believing there would be challenges with a finished basement, whereas CSI completed a very quick and clean install to completely address our needs for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Radon levels in our home were elevated above the recommended safe levels.Ted Welch and CSI designed and installed a Radon mitigation system in our home, and now our levels are nil.Their work was very neat and professional. We would certainly recommend their services to anyone.
