Susan Braskett sold my house in Pickerington as well as 2 other homes for me. Her knowledge of knowledge of everything real estate coupled with the fact that she kept me informed every step of the way and did so quite expeditiously! Time of day did not matter! At all hours she was providing updates to me! She is the best of the best! Her attention to detail Is significant! I will never use another real estate agent!

Having met with several local agents, Susie really stood out to us, so much so that we hired her on the spot. She brings so much skill and experience to the process that we didn't even consider any of the others. We met with 6 agents, Susie being the final meeting of them, she shined like none of the others. She held nothing back from us, and spent far more time with us than anyone else had in our initial meetings. We couldn't be happier with our decision as she worked hard for us to make our dream a reality. The process was difficult and had many surprises and turns from our buyers side along the way. She handled everything skillfully with ease.We hired the best agent, followed her guidance, and trusted her experience. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. The process was rough at times, but that's expected and is no reflection on her in any way. She guided us skillfully through the process to the closing table, and got it done. Best agent experience ever, she's amazing. I can't say that enough. With how much work she did for this sale, she should have got the other agent's commission from the buyers side, she carried them through the entire process as well. Had it not been for Susie, the deal would have never happened. We are grateful for her, and thankful to have had her as our advocate.Susie never stops working for you, she's the perfect agent, the one you hope to hire every time. She definitely earned our business, and I would recommend her to anyone in the area looking for the best agent they can find. Whatever it takes, Susie makes it happen!
