Kase Roofing went above and beyond repairing our covered deck roof which had extensive water damage. Kasey covered the deck roof with heavy rubberized material, resealed the seams and replaced the flashing. He also rebuilt the deck railing which was falling apart (not part of the original bid). The job came in under the original bid.

I had some concerns during the project and Kasey was very responsive and patient in explaining what the crew was doing and why. Communication throughout the process was OUTSTANDING! Free Estimates and Inspections. We offer Military, First responder, and healthcare discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone call / Email 2. Follow up with appointment ( following distancing guidelines ) 3. Estimate will be available digitally or hard copy. 4 Estimate is accepted & payment is submitted 5. Work is then scheduled within 10 days (depending on job) to be completed (weather permitting) 6. Satisfaction Follow up appointment within 24hrs, most of the time same day as the project
