My Name is Ryan Hoffman and I’m the owner here at Empire. First and foremost, the core of our company is established on the belief that the customer always comes first. We are equipped to handle projects ranging from full replacements to the smallest repair. Putting the customer first has contributed to our success. We offer services ranging from roofing, siding, gutters, and painting. As insurance restoration specialists, we assist and educate property owners, residential and commercial, with alternative options to successfully accomplish their exterior projects. Sometimes this costs very little out of pocket, saving customers thousands of dollars. Our exterior property inspections and estimates are COST FREE and come with a documented report. Due to a hall and wind storm in my area, several roofs needed to be replaced. I promptly contacted three roofing companies and placed a claim with my insurance company. All three roofing companies agreed that my roof had severe hell and wind damage and needed to be replaced; however, the insurance adjuster disagreed and wanted to only pay $1300 for a few patches on the roof. Empire Roofing took the time to come back to my house, diligently documented the damage and worked directly with my insurance company to identify several issues they had overlooked. They went back and forth with the insurance company several times over two to three months. When the second insurance claims adjuster finally got around to reviewing my claim, they approved it without question. They commented on the level of detail Empire Roofing had put into the documentation. Ryan Hoffman and the Empire Roofing team did all this without agreeing that they would contract to do the work. More than once, I was told, “It’s about doing the right thing.” When it was all said and done, the insurance company adjusted my claim to about $18,000. Empire Roofing saved me a lot of money and even more frustration. I contracted with Empire Roofing based on this experience and the recommendation of neighbors. They did a fantastic job on the roof and gutters. I believe it is challenging to find a contractor you can trust, but I feel that is what I’ve discovered with Empire Roofing.
