- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to keep our pricing very competitive while still delivering quality work. Our estimates are straightforward and transparent, and we aim to provide strong value for the level of workmanship and materials we use. We’re happy to walk customers through different options so they can find a solution that fits their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and straightforward. Customers can call or text us, and we schedule a time to come out and take a look at the property. During the visit, we listen to what the homeowner wants, inspect the project area, and assess the scope of work. From there we provide clear quotes and options, whether it’s for one specific project or multiple improvements like roofing, siding, and gutters. Our goal is to give customers honest recommendations so they can make the best decision for their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a licensed general contractor since 1992 and have spent decades working in the exterior construction industry. Over the years I’ve attended multiple training programs and product education courses to stay up to date with modern roofing, siding, and gutter systems. Our crews are trained to work with all major roofing, siding, and gutter materials, so we can properly install and service a wide range of products. Experience and continued training have helped us maintain high standards for both workmanship and safety.
