- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices given over the phone are estimates. Upon agreement to start, 50% is required. Orders placed the week of your event are considered rush jobs and are charged extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer, take necessary measurements and discuss work to be done, give price and estimated date of completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started sewing in school in home ec class. Took a few classes in pattern design at CCAD.
