- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide a proposal fr the project with a materials and labor cost. I typically operate from there proposals as opposed to hourly rate but this can be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has reached out we would return communication for a meet and greet to discuss and see the project. A proposal would be provided after this initial meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing handyman work for as long as I can remember. I have worked various jobs throughout the construction industries from home remodeling including siding, roofs, doors, windows, masonry, concrete, framing and tile as well as operations leadership and have almost 20 years in doing so.
