What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet virtually, in person or by phone with our clients to find out as much as possible about their project before beginning. We will stay in contact with each client throughout their project and respond promptly as needed to customer requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree from Wright State University and I gained experience in Web Design and Social Media during my twenty years working in sales, sales management and marketing as a publisher's representative and outside sales manager and trainer.
