Zach was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time which is very important to me. He provided me a quote on here. After he completed the job, he charged me less. It was not as big of a job he thought it would be. I used another company for another junk job, much more expensive, was not on time, and the charge was outrageous. I highly recommend Zach.

I Use standard volumetric pricing when developing my quotes by cu/yd of material removed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to identify the need of the customer and explain step by step what process I will use to achieve that goal. The ideal situation is for a customer to be able to “point and shoot” at an issue for me to make disappear.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have continued my training of safe workplace habits and processes by maintaining OSHA 10 and 30 hour certifications. I have been in construction trades my adult life and am no stranger to delivering promises made on time.
