This was a buffet style dinner in celebration of my wife's birthday in our home. We had approximately 40 people. Everyone at the party raved about the food. It was great having someone else do the cooking and serving so we could spend time with our guests. The process of selecting the menu, signing contracts, and taking care of details was very easy . There were a number of head count changes which Chef Jacob easily accommodated. He and his staff were very friendly and polite. Overall a great experience. I am sure we will use Chef Jacob's service again. He's flexible, accommodating and most important a great Chef.

Chef Jacob cooked for my birthday. IT WAS AWESOME! the experience bead everything I could ask for! His staff , very polite also. Very very professional. Left me and my friends stuffed! Can't wait until the end of summer! I'm definitely booking Chef Jacob again!! OUTSTANDING!
