This is a very honest and well-managed company. Robert, the owner, is incredibly helpful and thorough. We called him very late (around 9pm) to help us with a water leak that flooded multiple areas of our brand new home, and he personally attended. He really helped us in a very unfortunate situation and kept his composure when the painting professional who caused the water damage was being very difficult, and took over 2 hours to sign off on the work order so that they could begin treatment. He stuck around and waited and remained calm, keeping his crew there late into the night. When I asked him for explanations, extras moisture readings, and help communicating with the other teams, he stepped up and helped us in every way he could. If you have any water damage concerns, this is who you want in your corner.

Voda was incredibly helpful after the city sewer backed up into our basement. They were prompt and helpful throughout the process. They went the extra mile to assist when we had questions or needed more scrubbers for the smell. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made a very difficult situation much moremanageable.
