- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My average catering event averages about $25 per person. This would include disposable plates, cups, napkins, table cloths, skirts for food table and head table. also included, 1 or 2 entrees, 3 sides, bread, and drinks. It really depends on your entrees and if you want dessert, appetizers, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will send over a menu with prices. Then I will give them an opportunity to meet me and taste my food. They will then take some time to decide if this is something they want to move forward with. If so, we will book the date. At the time of booking, I do request half down. The other half will be due the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience serving, catering, banquets, etc.
