Karen was so great to work with! The flowers for our wedding turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. She was so flexible and made sure to stick to our budget (which wasn't big!). Would definitely recommed!

on short notice Karen went above and beyond her responsibilities and the centerpieces were just what I wanted. She sent me a prototype picture and changed around the flowers exactly the way I wanted it before taking payment. I've never worked with a more honest and awesome vendor!! Loved her!!!

Karen did an excellent job. I changed my mind several times but she was so patient and worked with me to create the most beautiful bouquets for my wedding. She delivered on time and did exactly what I asked. Brides have so much on their minds, but thanks to her professionalism this is one thing I did not have to worry about.   • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Always deal directly with the florist. Let them know your needs and a florist with good customer service will always try to accommodate where possible.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish they understood how it all works with these online " order gatherers". They need to understand they are not ordering from a florist but a call center which is charging them a lot of money that is not going to the florist towards the flowers. Then they are not happy with what they got for the money.
