on short notice Karen went above and beyond her responsibilities and the centerpieces were just what I wanted. She sent me a prototype picture and changed around the flowers exactly the way I wanted it before taking payment. I've never worked with a more honest and awesome vendor!! Loved her!!!

Karen did an excellent job. I changed my mind several times but she was so patient and worked with me to create the most beautiful bouquets for my wedding. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always deal directly with the florist. Let them know your needs and a florist with good customer service will always try to accommodate where possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish they understood how it all works with these online " order gatherers". They need to understand they are not ordering from a florist but a call center which is charging them a lot of money that is not going to the florist towards the flowers. Then they are not happy with what they got for the money.
