Chedner and his partner we’re amazing to work with. They came out promptly and got the job done ASAP. It looks great. I’m very happy with the work. They power wash sanded and painted my mother‘s deck. Looks great.

Z Construction performed quality work, timely, very responsive and able to jump on the deck repair, & paint timely. Very happy with the results! They provided a review of the deck, advised which boards needed replacement and which needed to just be cleaned, sanded & painted. They kept a clean work area and made sure the deck was in great shape before leaving a clean work area. 10/10

Chedner and his crew are very professional and skilled. Very neat and clean. Our new stairs are perfect!!!! It's very difficult to find contractors to work on mobile homes. Chedner had no problem.

The team at Z Remodeling did a great job landscaping and building a retaining wall on the front of our house. Couldn’t be happier with the work.
We would definitely work with Chednar again. Communicative, punctual , and knowledgeable. We had been having trouble with a leaning vinyl fence and he came with a clear plan to resolve the issue.
