Introduction: I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years. My clients have ranged from professional athletes to housewives wanting to tone up. I currently hold 5 certifications and work as a part time instructor for NASM, teaching students who want to learn to be personal trainers. My areas of interest are nutrition, sport specific training, body composition/fat loss training, life coaching, and wellness and corrective rehabilitative exercise.
